1 Introduction of the venue
このお歌では、ミッキーと仲間たちがかくれんぼをしていて、それを見つけていく場面が描かれています🎵
“Where is Mickey?” というフレーズが何度も繰り返され、まさに楽しみながら「英語で探す・見つける」力が育つ一曲です🔍✨
このシーンは、DWEのZAMシリーズにもよく登場するかくれんぼの世界とぴったりリンクします！
ZAMブームが来ているおうちでは、ぜひこの曲を組み合わせて活用してみてください😊
ZAMの中でも “Where is ○○?” のフレーズは繰り返し出てくるので、「探す→見つける」という流れが英語で定着しやすくなりますよ😺🌱
さらに、発見したときに使う
There he is!（いた！）
There she is!（彼女がいた！）
There they are!（みんな見つけた！）
などの表現も、ZAMやこの歌を通じてくり返し自然にインプットされるフレーズです♪
そして、実はこの「探す→見つける」やりとりは、Play Along! 1 の “Peekaboo!” でもしっかり登場しています！

● 答え方のポイントは “前置詞＋場所”
Where is everyone?
→ Everyone is behind the sofa.（みんなソファのうしろだよ）
というように、“前置詞＋場所”のかたちで答えるのが定番スタイルです✨
よく使われる前置詞はこちら👇
- in（〜の中）
- on（〜の上）
- under（〜の下）
- behind（〜のうしろ）
- next to（〜のとなり）
これらの表現は、ZAMやおうちごっこでのかくれんぼ遊びでも大活躍します🎵
● 「where」は関係詞としても使える！
実は where には、“疑問詞”だけじゃない顔もあります。

In this way,where は疑問詞としてだけでなく、「場所を詳しく説明する役割」もあるんです💡
他にも、文法的には接続詞や前置詞としての使い方もありますが、まずはこの「疑問副詞」と「関係副詞」の違いをつかんでおくとGoodです👍

我が家では、絵本を入れた封筒に穴を開けて紐を通して作成したアドベントカレンダーをジャングルジムに吊るし、探す時にWhere is Mickeyの歌詞をWhere is today’s envelope？に変えて歌いました。
Where is ○○？に言い換えて、場面にあわせた語り掛けをしてみてくださいね！ 他にも、我が家には子供用ジャングルジムがあるのですが、look behind the jungle gymやlook beside the jungle gymに変えて、前置詞もインプットしながら探してもらい、楽しく取り組んでいます🕵
